If the Gospel writers’ goal was to convince the world that Jesus rose from the dead, one would think they would have employed all of the skill and precision they could muster. But here, there is neither skill, nor precision. Instead, their narratives are as fragmented, shadowy, and incomplete as life itself. It began in the dark…or at dawn. The stone was rolled aside…or there was an earthquake. Mary Magdalen was the first to the tomb…or, perhaps, Mary the mother of James, Salome, and Joanna were with her…and, maybe, some other women, as well. Two white-clad figures were at the tomb…or just one. Mary met a man she thought was the gardener, and was not. Peter and another disciple went to the tomb…or only the women went, and the disciples, who were elsewhere, didn't believe the women's story about the empty tomb when they heard it. Jesus appeared at the tomb…or he arrived only later. The Gospels are far from clear about what exactly happened on Easter morning…but that something unimaginable happened, there can be no doubt.

Who We Are
Shiloh Community Church is a group of Believers who point at Jesus and say, "We can't prove a thing, but there's something about his eyes and his voice. There's something about the way he carries his head, his hands, the way he carries his cross—the way he carries us.”
We believe Jesus when he said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me." (John 14:6) He didn't say that any doctrine or denomination was the way, the truth, and the life. He said that he was.
We are a group of Believers who are on the way, though not necessarily very far along it, and who have at least some dim and half-baked notion of whom to thank.

Very nice friendly Church, small congregation - Where the Bible is preached and taught and Hymns are sung. Very outgoing Congregation and welcomes everyone. We've been attending for the past month and feel like we are being spiritually fed and uplifted
